Family Development Services (FDS) is the sole Head Start provider in Marion and Hamilton counties, dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable children and their families through comprehensive early childhood education and support services. Each year, FDS serves over 2,500 infants and children from 10 centers in Indianapolis and Noblesville, providing a nurturing environment where children receive curriculum-based education, healthy meals, and emotional support.
