We officially opened our doors in August 2020 but the owner Greg has been cooking, grilling, BBQ'ing for friends and family for years. He started young watching his mom and grandmother prepare holiday meals and his grandpa grill for Memorial Day, the 4th of July, and Labor Day. Greg watched Julia Childs on PBS, then The Cookin Cajun - Justin Willson as well as Yan Can Cook, absorbing as much information as possible all while strengthening his love of cooking. Greg also worked in the restaurant industry in the Indy area on and off for 15 years at places like Union Jack Pup in Broad Ripple, The Warf in Castleton, Rick's Cafe Boatyard at Eagle Creek to name a few.
Specialties
We specialize in BBQ. Smoked brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, ribs, sausage, with all the fixings. We also grill. We do burgers, dogs, brats, steaks, you name it. If fire and smoke are involved, we can do it. We can do many other types of foods and cuisines as well. Give us a call or drop us a line anytime!
