"Glasses and Contacts in About an Hour" has been our pledge to you since we started Eyeworks in July 1986. Our optometric practice actually started on the same block in downtown Vincennes in 1945, by our founder, Dr. Eli B. Hendrix, Jr. We've been able to grow and expand because of good people just like you coming to us for your eyecare and vision needs. Because your time is valuable, we have a modern, on-site computerized lens lab where we can make most prescriptions in about an hour or less. You don't have to wait days or weeks to get your new glasses. We have four full time optometrists and one part time optometrist on staff along with 2 part time ophthalmologists and a retinal specialist. We also have the latest in diagnostic equipment to help you keep your eyes healthy and seeing their best. Because you've told us price is important, we have all price ranges for lenses and frames. From the very inexpensive frames up to diamond mounted 14 K gold metal frames. We'll p rovide you with personal attention without rushing you through like just another number. We make each visit special to your eyes and what you need.
