Erskine Green Training Institute (EGTI), founded by The Arc of Indiana, is the nation's first postsecondary vocational training program designed specifically for individuals with disabilities. Since its establishment in 2016, EGTI has provided specialized training in hospitality, food service, healthcare, and inventory distribution through its residential program in Muncie and a commuter program in Indianapolis.
