Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I always rent from Enterprise and usually at this location. They are great and provide wonderful customer service!

Absolutely the worst place ever! NEVER use this place for a reservation! I booked a vehicle for a noon pickup for a special trip and it's 2:00pm and I am sitting here in the lobby with no vehicle...

We reserved a luxury car, but instead we got a piece of crap,old beat up, stinky truck. It smells like cigarette smoke and is filthy. I went to the enterprise lot and there were nicer cars there....

Reserved a rental car for 10 am. I wasn't sure if I could get there at that time but wanted to make sure the car was ready. Arrived at 12 pm, they had given my car away because I had an hour...

I've rented from this location twice and both times were easy and had no hassle. The cars were available as promised when reserving them online, the price was what was quoted and the experience...
