Took my cat in for a nail trimming. everyone was very nice and friendly. Didn't have to wait very long and my cat was done and ready in a short time.

I called to make my two cats and my daughters cat an appt. They didn't have one of my cats on file which is funny since I have THEIR paperwork on her. Then they wanted to charge me as "new"...

Don't understand vets anymore. I just spent close to $2,000 on pre spay/neuter check ups, spay/neuter surgery for 6 cats/kittens, as well as hundreds more on other cats over the years at this vet....

We have been going there for 20 years, and have always paid our bill. Our last dog, who died of cancer, cost us almost $10,000 for surgeries and meds. The vet office always got their money....
