East Indiana Treatment Center

The East Indiana Treatment Center, located in Lawrenceburg, Ind., is one of the more than 100 narcotic treatment centers of the CRC Health Group for chemical dependency and related behavioral health problems. It offers a continuum of services in the areas of substance abuse and other addictive behaviors. Its opioid treatment programs for methadone maintenance includes detoxification, residential, day treatment, intensive outpatient, extended living and continuing care services. It provides three basic levels of residential treatment, depending on the severity of the patient's addiction and disorder. Patients with the most debilitating dependencies are offered inpatient treatment in which the patient resides at the treatment center. Patients with less severe conditions are given day treatment. The least intensive service is the outpatient treatment, where patients visit the residential facility for a few hours a week to attend counseling sessions.
