History

Starting out in mortgage origination, I quickly learned how to get financing approved for the purchase of a home. I learned the process of buying a home from both the lender's perspective and the buyer's perspective. In 1999, I was offered the opportunity to learn about title insurance and the process of searching, examining, and insuring a real estate transaction. By 2004, I was managing a branch of a nationwide title company and by 2007, I was an Area Manager responsible for 3 branches and closings in 6 states. I survived the crash of 2008 and continued title insurance until 2010. Since I had an insurance license already, I became licensed in Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health. Despite these successes, I wasn't truly happy until I became a REALTOR. As a licensed REALTOR, I bring this wealth and depth of experience to each and every client. I can educate buyers and sellers in every step of the process and assure their satisfaction.
