HistorySonitrol's roots date back to the early 1960's in Anderson, Indiana. A veteran police officer, Al Cronk, of the Anderson Police Department ventured into the alarm business. Mr. Cronk then partnered with a local inventor, Bob Baxter, in the Anderson area who owned a pest control company. In the last 50 years, we've grown to an organization of 150 offices in the United States and Canada. In Indianapolis, our office has been in the Indianapolis market since 1973. We have our own UL approved local monitoring station in downtown Indianapolis. In Indy, we specialize in protecting commercial facilities, schools, warehousing facilities, and multi-tenant commercial buildings.
