So did not know CVS switched from alphabet order to numerical order when finding you prescriptions. That being said their system was down today so they tell they are unable to find your script...

This is the most ill-managed store ever! They expect you to be part of their "system" and when you don't know their flow, they are ill-tempered, hateful, and ugly...WILL NOT BE BACK!!

Terrible service! The line to the pharmacy pick up never fails to last atleast 10 minutes long. I will not be returning unless they somehow fix this problem.
