This pharmacy is a joke. Lauren (older lady, blond/white long hair, glasses) doesn't seem to know what she's doing and claimed to be new at one point, even though I've been coming here for years....

Prescription sent over about 9a, I called about 9:30a. Went into the store at 2:30p to pick it up and it still was not ready. They told me they could "expedite" it but that would still be another...

I've been there to pick up prescriptions at various time of day & night, and they're always too busy. The turnover is high, as I'm sure the employees get tired of customers screaming at them...

They seem to never answer the phone! I am so tired of them being short staffed, can never get them to answer my questions about my scripts being ready.
