poor customer service, if you do go there, don't get a brand new hair stylist, I don't recommend this place at all. and if you write a bad review, cause cause you had a legitimate bad haircut,...

Asked for highlights and hair to be trimmed. My hair was cut much shorter than I asked and my hair came out like straw it was so dry. I will never go back and cannot recommend it at all.
