Dr. Azhar is from Fishers, Indiana and moved back home to open her practice. She is happy to be a part of the growing Westfield community.
Specialties
Dr. Azhar received her chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic. During her time at Logan, she focused on functional rehabilitation, movement, and biomechanics. These methods of diagnosis center on the root cause of pain and altered movement patterns, and treatment is based on these changes. Prior to Logan College, Dr. Azhar graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Health Sciences. In addition to treating patients, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and horseback riding.
