This place has yet to really make any money from my business. I've come in a few times for minor repairs, watch battery replacements, and the occasional "Is this worth fixing?" kind of question....

As long as they are in business, they have my business. We bought my engagement ring, wedding rings, pearl necklace and earrings for myself and several pearl necklaces and earrings from them....
