Community Living Resources LLC is a not-for-profit social service organization, Aging In-Home Services of Northeast Indiana, Inc. (AIHS), that has been dedicated to serving older adults, individuals with disabilities, and their family caregivers since 1974. Designated as the Area Agency on Aging for northeast Indiana by the State of Indiana, AIHS provides a wide range of programs and services to promote dignity, independence, and advocacy for all individuals, regardless of race, age, color, religion, sex, disability, national origin, or ancestry.

With a mission to support the well-being of older adults and individuals with disabilities, AIHS offers various specialty programs, including geriatric disability case management, home and community services, and advance care planning. Committed to serving nine counties in northeast Indiana, AIHS strives to empower individuals and their families by providing comprehensive resources and assistance to enhance their quality of life.
