I appreciate this place so much! My Dr. Martha Kozub is amazing. She is a Dr. that cares & will do all she can to assist my medical needs. The staff is AWESOME.... Polite & respctful....

Ugh I'm disgusted! This is the picture of the office. The one I went to was at the corner of Broadway and 61st. Diagonally across th street from Walgreens! I have my own personal insurance first...
