The Clay County Humane Society (CCHS) has been serving the Clay County community in Indiana since 1957, with a mission to prevent cruelty to animals, promote humane treatment, and support animal welfare through education. CCHS provides shelter for homeless and unwanted cats and dogs, ensuring they receive care and remain unscathed by the overwhelming need for space or surrender policies, leading to a no-euthanization practice for space since 2014.
