Since 1850, Clabber Girl Corporation has been one of the leading manufacturers of food products in the United States. The family owned company provides several products, such as baking powder, baking soda, cornstarch, OilFlex oil stabilizer and the Royal brand products, including cheesecakes, puddings and gelatins. The firm follows industrial formulations, designed specifically for the foodservice industry. Its products are available in retail, foodservice and industrial sizes. Clabber Girl Corporation purchased The Rumford, Hearth Club and KC brands in 1950. The company has the first peanut-free manufacturing facility in the United States. Clabber Girl Corporation holds the Seal of Approval from the American Culinary Federation.
