The Circus Hall of Fame was established in Peru, Indiana in 1982. We are located inside five of the original American Circus Corporation winter quarters buildings. These are all National Historic Landmarks. Our Museum houses wagons, costumes, posters, photographs, circus artifacts and props as various sizes of circus models. We are full of circus lore and legend. We are a place where the Past meets the Present.

When you drive into Peru, (be it from Indy or Chicago or...Toledo?) don't think much about where you're going or what in the world it could look like...because inevitably...you'll think big circus...

It was an incredibly odd and wonderful place. The calliope music made it seem spooky, but it was such a cool place. We also got to meet Emmett Kelly's brother (in full clown gear). So, so cool
