I was completely ignored by the staff after ordering ice cream, they then proceeded to keep checking out the people behind me. I stood by the ice cream for 15 minutes just for a large party to go...

I was ignored by staff after trying to ask them something! And the Chuck E mascot never came out for the live show! Worst experience I've had! 1 star!

Rude and Chuck E never came out, the tvs were not on and there was no music. Will go to Indy or Kokomo from now on.

How is the gm gonna schedule minors before 11 am and leave them stand outside in the very cold weather for more than 15 minutes. Not answering a phone to let them in. Absolutely ridiculous.
