Chick -fil-A has a good reputation as a whole. The Portage Rd one in South Bend has the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and the chicken was cold....

Refused to sell me nuggets because breakfast was still going for 6 minutes when they already have them made. Elkhart will but not this location. I would avoid it anyway the bathroom was filthy.

Really upset after asking for chick fila sauce and they said they would add some to only find out when I get home that there is not 1 packet of sauce in there very diassapointed
