Plenty of staff but most seem to be unconcerned for the residents. The best aide are the ones that come from an agency.

would never put a loved one here if they are not self-sufficient. Have nightmare stories of my paralyzed, nonverbal parent. Most of the permanent staff is kind, but they have too many traveling...
