While I am not a "Chase" fan... this particular location is convenient, has a drive thru and friendly employees.

Honestly, I'd like to say that I understand measures taken to protect employees from covid. However Chase and their response has not been to serve customers better, it's to serve LESS customers....

Customer service here is terrible, specifically this branch. Manager is very rude and unhelpful every single time I have been here. I would never go here if I could avoid it.
