Our mission is to present our clients a fresh, and innovative approach to hair loss. Les Eads has worked with clients on hair replacement solutions for over 30 years. Les' partner, son Josh Eads, brings 14 years of men and women's hair designing experience to their collaboration. Together they own an award winning hair replacement practice in Elkhart, Indiana, and are excited to bring their talents to the Carmel community.
