Internet is beyond slow. And don't even try calling the office. Apparently answering OR retuning phone calls is not high on their list!

The service is horrible. The support is not there. I have only found help from a nice lady named Debbie in Anderson, but my Bridge Maxx office, Richmond, Indiana, does not answer or return my calls.
