DESPICABLE business practices. We paid for six tickets (over $200), and apparently, according to past employees of this company, they straight up DON'T DO the tour if they don't get enough people....

My wife got us a tour and they are very friendly and tolerant of the intoxicated. Would do it again in a heartbeat. And will in a few weeks.
