My background includes studies in herbology, holistic medicine, reflexology, cranio-sacral therapy, myo-facial release, sound therapy, Kundalini Yoga, Reiki, master attunement, facial massage, hot and cold stone therapy, sinus relief pressure point therapy, prenatal massage.
