Black Cat Confections

History

I first learned to make chocolate in my senior year of high school, and quickly grew to love it. After graduating, I began making chocolates and baked goods for private events for family members and friends. In the summer of 2021, I decided to turn my love for baking into a business. Originally I had named my business Sweet Pea Bakery, as an homage to my great-grandmother. But after several instances of mistaken identity, I scrapped the name Sweet Pea and changed to Black Cat Confections.
