Stephen Spencer, MD, received a bachelor of science degree in biochemistry from Indiana University and a master of science degree in biology from Purdue University. He received his medical degree from Indiana University. He completed a general surgery residency at Orlando Health (Florida). He has a special interest in acute care surgery, hernia and quality in medicine. In his spare time, he enjoys being on the water, cycling, observing wildlife, and spending time with his wife and two young boys.
