Cons, and they can be very significant. Maintenance and safety are a big problem. No hand sanitizers stations filled. Multiple hooks coming off in bathroom. Rusty Elevators and worn out carpets....

Great, comfortable stay at Biddle Hotel. The location was prime for a campus tour, lots of restaurants and amenities nearby. Historic architecture. Ideal place to stay if visiting Indiana University.
