BASE Fitness Parkour is one of the first Parkour facilities in the United States and our instructors train with the founders of Parkour, the Yamakasi. Through a fun, safe, and challenging environment we build Parkour skills including balance, agility, strength and endurance in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Fun for the whole family and great for cross-training!! Ages 5 and up.
