Founded in 1993, Automated Routing is a family-owned and operated company that offers computerized numerically controlled routing and drilling services to the wood and plastic industries in Indiana. It provides a range of products that includes upholstered furniture components for chairs, settees and sofas, seat pans, knife blocks, cutting boards and hardwood displays. The company has a more than 40,000-square-foot assembly plant equipped with computerized numerically controlled routers, panel and table saws and boring machines. Automated Routing also offers a variety of specialty items, including name and luggage tags, as well as seasonal shapes, such as hearts, stars, circles and ovals. It employs a staff of over 90 people and manages a warehouse for the storage of materials. Automated Routing is located in St. Meinrad, Ind.
