History

Athletic Revolution is a franchise that was founded in 2009 by the IYCA (International Youth Conditioning Association). The Indy location was started in October of 2010 and opened the doors to it's new facility in June of 2011.

Athletic Revolution is a youth athletic training facility located on Indy's northeast side. Specializing in sports performance including speed, agility and strength. Athletic Revolutions trainers are the best in the industry when it comes to training ages 6-18. Using movement based games and ground breaking scientifically proven methods, Athletic Revolution trained athletes become the most agile, powerful athletes on the field or court. Mult-directional speed is the name of the game which requires sound core, leg and upper body strength as well as an understanding of athletic movement and why so much time is put into educating athletes on proper form and technique.
