I'm not a big fast food eater but if I do I enjoy the customer service here. One of the positives is the fries are usually hot. If not they will make you fresh batch without complaint or attitude....

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we've been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich "Meatcraft", and our dedication to Meatcraft informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It's why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we're happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

I tried one more time tonight to see if I could get a decent meal. Was wrong. Got a French dip got home and they put nasty gyro meat on it. It was disgusting. Never again

Very nice people but if they aren't literally forgetting to put your sandwich in the bag then the food is bad. I've never had a hot sandwich or fresh fries from the drive-thru.

I would like to commend Arby's for their discount policy towards veterans. Their food is excellent and the service is 110%. Their staff are always friendly and go the extra mile at this Arby's...
