I had to change my Arby's location to this one for now. The others were really getting bad. Low quality customer service and the quality of the food was suffering. This one accepts coupons...

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we've been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich "Meatcraft", and our dedication to Meatcraft informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It's why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we're happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

food was terrible asked not to have a dime size amount of cheese or sloppy amount on a beef and cheddar. well sloppy amount is what we got and very salty on top of it. fries were cold and so...

Make sure if you try to use a coupon that you tell them right away and remind them. They won't accept the coupon at the window like a normal functioning fast food chain. And apparently it's too...
