Trilogy Health Services, founded in 1997, is a housing and health care services provider to senior citizens. It offers adult day health, assisted living and nursing care services. The organization works to enable individuals to achieve maximum functional abilities and the sense of dignity and well-being. It provides 24-hour medical supervision, memory care, and vascular and wound management services. Trilogy Health Services residential units feature private and companion suites with each of its apartments offering a private whirlpool bathroom, patio area, and individually controlled heating and air conditioning devices. It also provides intravenous therapy, pulmonary and oncology management and recuperation services for cardiac, orthopedic and stroke-related health conditions. The organization complies with the standards and procedures set by the Deficit Reduction Act. Additionally, it operates health campuses in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio.
