Great local gym. The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. All the equipment you need can be found. The group training workouts are a great!

Be careful, their advertised prices are bi-weekly instead of monthly like other gyms. The owner cares about his members and it shows.

I really like the group training sessions here. All the staff are super friendly people and make sure you feel comfortable, but they still push you to work hard. I'd definitely recommend it!
