HistoryKent Ristow purchased a national franchise and moved to St. Joe, Michigan, starting his one person cleaning company. In 1986, it moved to a small duplex in Stevensville and acquired a second van and employees. In 1990, the company built a 3,000 square foot building in Stevensville and grew into a 4 van 10 employee business. In October 1996, Kent separated his relationship with the national franchise and became ServiClean One with the bright pink vans. Stacey Ristow joined the company in October of 1995. In May 1997, ServiClean One moved to a new 17,000 square foot facility in Baroda. They grew to about 20 employees and nine service vehicles. In November 2007, Kent and Stacey made the decision to down size their business in order to better control the service they provide.
