Alicia B Daumeyer, DO

Robert T. Rudicel, MD, grew up in Muncie, IN, and is a graduate of Wabash College. He attended Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his pediatric residency at DeVos Children’s Hospital at Butterworth in Grand Rapids, MI. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and board certified in pediatrics. He maintains hospital privileges at Community Health Network, where he served as chairman of pediatrics from 2005–2007 and as medical director of the Pediatric and Infant Hospice Program from 2012-2019. Dr. Rudicel and his wife live in Fishers with their two sons. In addition to fatherhood, Dr. Rudicel enjoys photography, helping coach sports and music. He is over halfway to his lifetime goal of visiting every Major League Baseball park. A kid at heart, he loves collecting toys and action figures, especially The Tick, The Simpsons and SpongeBob SquarePants.

Dr. Naseer Syed received his medical degree from All Saints University School of Medicine in Dominica. He completed his residency training in pediatrics at the University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria, after which, his love for the midwest took him to Indiana, where he has been practicing since 2014. He previously served as department chair for pediatrics at Ball Memorial Hospital. Dr. Syed has a particular interest in the care of children with developmental delays including autism spectrum disorder. He resides in Fishers, IN with his wife and two kids. In his free time he likes to stay active by biking, running and skiing. He is an avid supporter of Iron Man and enjoys baking cupcakes.

Originally from Kokomo, Indiana, Dr. Melloh graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine and served her residency with the Community Health Network Family Medicine Residency Program in Indianapolis. Before joining Family Medicine Care in the Fishers Pavilion, Dr. Melloh practiced with Fishers Family Physicians for three years. She is board certified in family practice, with a strong interest in women’s health. Dr. Melloh is certified in ImPACT testing for concussion screenings. She is actively involved in her church and community.
