E.J. Basler is a family-owned and operated screw machine and precision machining company. E.J. Basler has provided machining products and parts to worldwide customers since 1944. Company equipment used for screw machine products includes Hydromat rotary transfer machining, CNC Swiss, CNC Turning and CNC Swiss Machining. E.J. Basler serves industries such as automotive, medical, fluid power, heavy equipment, agriculture, appliances and locks. The company has established teams throughout the plant based on product lines to help facilitate quick changeover and productivity and quality improvements. There are more than 15 teams with team signs, logos, names and colors. The company utilizes lean initiatives, a system to reduce waste and costs, throughout the organization. E.J. We manufacture ultrasonic horns, spin weld tooling, vibration welding tooling and fixtures. We also buy/sell pre-owned ultrasonic welders.
