Charged me $10 to bang up my rim since the bolts were stripped he used a hammer to hit my rim to get it off and had me help and hold the bike (basically pulling it off myself) then asked for $10.

the owner is being rude and telling p to shut up and that's not what owners tell shut up that's not right for the any owner or the any company or business

So far so good. We'll see. They sold us a brand new kids bike for$20 less than the retail value, but the gears don't work. Brining it back to see what happens. Stay tuned.
