History

We are a collaboration of dedicated yoga teachers that used to work together at Yoga Now North and decided to keep some of our scheduled classes continuing for our existing students. Our approach to yoga is very straight forward and simple. We love introducing new students to a regular yoga practice and principles as well as hopefully inspiring them to develop a personal practice at home.
