History
Xtreme Conditioning was developed in a big gym setting. Using all avenues of equipment and techniques. In 2012 Xtreme decided to move to a smaller more individualized setting in Bucktown. The focus becoming more on the person and their needs as opposed to all the hype of a large box gym. At Xtreme we are results driven with the goal to bring out the athlete in all of us!
Specialties
Xtreme Conditioning was developed by Brian Kaltsos utilizing a combination of fitness conditioning programs he implemented as a former football player and athlete and sport specific drills used as a personal trainer. The goal of Xtreme is to continually challenge the participant in strength and SAQ (speed, agility, quickness), by using plyometrics, proprioception and progressive resistance. Utilizing such philosophies as HIIT, Crossfit, Functional movements, and even Yoga. Each program is personally designed for each persons needs, goals, and ablilities. All levels can participate in this program, it is designed for the athletic enthusiest, but is a great way to stay in shape and bring out the athlete in all of us!
