Absolutely horrible service and customer service. DONT EVER expect anyone to pick up the phone at headquarters. It'll ring for 1 minute say, please hold as everyone is busy, then 30 secs later...

The personnel at the Work 'N Gear in Melrose Park are the best one could ask for! They are helpful, courteous and always willing to address any questions one might have. I buy my scrubs here...
