Park Forest Parks and Recreation is managed under the Village of Park Forest of Illinois. The department has an aqua center with more than 160-foot water slide that includes sand play, volleyball and turf areas, and splash down and zero-depth pools. The aqua center also has two conventional pools, a full-service concession stand and areas for sunbathing. The center provides swimming lessons, lifeguard training, and water aerobic classes for children and individuals. Park Forest Parks and Recreation department provides a variety of programs, including camping, sports, dance and trips. Additionally, it offers classes in gymnastics, tennis lessons, and exercise and fitness. Additionally, it has a nature center with a more than 900-acre facility and also provides facility for picnics and family gatherings. Park Forest Parks and Recreation is located in Park Forest, Ill.
