BBQ tips and turkeys tips are oven cooked with a ton of mild sauce poured all over it. I would like to have BBq with actual BBQ sauce, NOT MILD SAUCE! Please dont oven cook the ribs.

Everytime I go there the food is burnt, the light skin guy there is always on his phone, I've waited more than a hour for my food when I called in a hour ago, I always over hear him talking about...

Got there 30 minutes before they closed but the doors were locked. Yelp says they are open until 10 pm and the sign on there door says they are open until 10pm.
