Ugh. I used to love Heartland Healthcare, but frankly, I think they've simply gotten too big. This last time I went to them, it was just a series of bad events. It was no single person's fault...

Patricia was unprofessional and I was displeased with the help offered by her. I did not receive anything complimentary from her and was treated like I was a bother. Never again!

Had my last baby with them...wow I sure miss Dr. Walters by the old tore down Good Sam. The walls are paper thin and i actually overheard two nurses talking crap about me and i stuck my head out...
