History

The Windy City Patty Wagon is a family-owned business that was created with one goal in mind: To bring Chicago the best tasting, freshest grilled burgers in the city. Founded in 2012 by brothers Danny and Lou Herrera, the Patty Wagon was custom built from the ground up to be a top-of-the-line mobile restaurant. The brothers use their combined love of cooking, coupled with Danny's 15 years of culinary industry experience to bring you a fresh, on-the-go meal that will keep you coming back for more.
