Was at the Gurnee location looking for a dress for my daughter. I was very rushed trying to get in and out as quickly as possible. The store manager there Cassie was very nice and helpful to us.

Over priced and horrible service. There is no one there to give you a room into the dressing room and they get mad when you help yourself to a room. Don't go here, horrible customer service.
