The food is honestly family reunion-esk. It just feels like being around family when you eat it. The service was up to par and welcoming. The ambiance just screams Chicago west side bbq joint....

I can't describe how disappointed I was in the quality of my tips, lack of service and the high price for the quantity. Two people in line walked out while I waited. One demanded a refund. Sad...

They have good rib tips. I gave three stars because every time I order extra sauce through delivery I never get it and I pay for extra. The second time this has happened.
